Margaret Hanson, President
Ms. Hanson leads the hospital in implementing its strategic plan, with
the goals of determining community need, service line development and
maximizing health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
William Fleming, Senior Vice President of
Operations
Mr. Fleming is responsible for day-to-day operations of the hospital,
including Patient Care Services, Spiritual Care Services and Clinical
and Support Services, as well as new construction and renovation
programs.
Kathleen Davidson, RN, MS, MBA, Chief Nursing
Officer and Vice President of Patient Care Services
Ms. Davidson is responsible for Patient Care Services and its
attendant departments, including Nursing, Pharmacy, Rehabilitation
Services, Respiratory Therapy, Neurology, and Cardiology.
Mary
Czymbor, MD, Vice
President, Medical Affairs
Dr.
Czymbor is responsible for medical care, medical staff affairs,
patient safety, qualty and case management.
Jessica Symonds, Vice President, Development
Ms. Symonds is responsible for philanthropic programs at Caritas
Norwood Hospital, including major gifts, corporate sponsorships, events
and the annual fund.
Carolyn Killian, Director of Human Resources
Ms. Killian is responsible for Norwood's Human Resources policies
and practices. She also serves as an internal consultant in matters of
organizational development and change and oversees Human Resource
operational issues, including employee relations, employment,
compensation, benefits and recognition programs.
Florence Kahler, CSJ, Director of Mission
Sr. Florence Kahler is responsible for ongoing development of a
mission-driven perspective in all aspects of the Caritas Norwood
Hospital workplace. She also serves as a resource to the Norwood
Hospital Mission Committee and its service projects.
Ed Nameson, Vice President, Fiscal Services
Mr. Nameson is responsible for financial matters relating to
strategic planning, budgeting, financial reporting and managed care
contracting and for day-to-day operations of financial services and
related support departments.
Mary Wallan, Director of Communications
Ms.Wallan’s responsibilities include public relations, media
relations, and marketing initiatives, as well as the internal and
external hospital publications.
Karen Reed, Director of Quality and Patient Safety
Ms. Reed holds a key role in our quality effort, measuring patient
outcomes and overseeing CNH involvement in national quality
initiatives. She also oversees regulatory compliance and serves as
the liaison with external agencies.
Dennis Renaud, Vice President of Business
Development
Mr. Renaud is responsible for short and long-term business
planning including development of clinical services and physician
recruitment responding to community need.
