Program of Study (HIT)

The health information technology program prepares the graduate to be a valued member of the health care team. Field experiences in a number of hospitals in and around Boston, complement the theoretical work in classrooms and in the simulation laboratory. Quality improvement approaches and the use of information technology are important components of this program.
