In Memory of Tom Sager
Celebrating Holy Family’s 60 Years of Caring for Our Community 

This year we are happy to announce that our 25^th Annual Golf Classic will be in memory of Tom Sager, who was a longtime resident of the Merrimack Valley and the former CEO of Holy Family Hospital. Tom’s passion was golf with his business colleagues, friends and family. He dedicated a lifetime of service to healthcare and was so looking forward to celebrating Holy Family’s 60^th year of caring for our community.

The Tom Sager Golf Classic will be held at Tom’s beautiful home club, Renaissance in Haverhill, MA on August 15^th and 16^th. The event includes a Boston Sports Legends night on August 15^th, tournament play on August 16^th and a Tribute Dinner on the evening of August 16^th.

All proceeds from the Tom Sager Golf Classic will go to the Tom Sager Heartbeat Fund. This fund’s mission is to improve the lives of patients and their families in the Merrimack Valley who have suffered a serious heart attack.

This year, monies from the Tom Sager Heartbeat Fund will fully enable the Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) for the Cardiac Care Team at The Holy Family Hospital. This enhanced communication will speed the treatment of over 1,200 patients a month by allowing immediate access to current diagnostic information and previous records. This access allows immediate review of the patient’s condition by remote specialists as well as any member of the cardiac team.

Your sponsorship will help to save lives of patients in the Merrimack Valley and allow Tom’s good work and commitment to Holy Family Hospital and the Foundation live on.

An Evening with Boston Sports Legends

All guests to An Evening with Boston Sports Legends will receive a piece of memorabilia to have autographed by the Legends along with a photo of one of the Legends. At the beginning of the evening guests will have the opportunity to mingle with the Stars and Celebrities before the program begins. The main event will kick off with introductions and a short film of legends highlights. A Legends Round Table will also be held with MC Bill Burt of the Lawrence Eagle
Tribune. The round table will feature a lively exchange from the stars along with audience questions.

Among the legends at the event will be: Dave Cowens, Boston Celtics; Micky Ward, Golden Glove Boxer; Lenny Clarke, Famous Boston Comedian; Rico Petrocelli, Boston Red Sox; Steve Grogan, New England Patriots; Brad Park, Boston Bruins; Lou Merloni, Boston Red Sox and more...
