The BCBS plan only pays benefits for in-network care provided or referred by your primary care physician.

Retirement Savings Plan – The plan provides you with a source of retirement income to add to any benefits you may receive from Social Security, your own savings and other pension plans. You may also make additional contributions to the plan – and receive a matching contribution from the hospital.
