Rehabilitation & Physical Therapy

Rehabilitation Services provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and phototherapy services.

Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy provide evaluation, treatment and patient and family education to maximize a patient's functional independence, self-care, self-responsibility, and quality of life.

Patients are referred to rehabilitation services due to many different impairments including medical, orthopedic, neurologic, oncology, cardiac and respiratory diagnosis.
