Our Office Ergonomics Program educates employees about how injuries occur, steps to prevent injuries, proper set up of their workstation and exercises to promote health and increased productivity.
Our Preventing Repetitive Strain Injuries Program is oriented toward manufacturing employees that perform repetitive tasks. Education in this program also addresses how the injuries occur and specific step that can be take to reduce injury risk. Emphasis on regular stretch breaks and appropriate exercises are included.
Our Back Injury Prevention program focuses on job tasks that involve heavy or frequent lifting. Detailed information on proper lifting techniques is covered as well as actual practice time of proper lifting techniques
