Dermatology

Ten board certified dermatologists are involved in the diagnosis, treatment and management of all skin, hair and nail diseases and the cutaneous manifestations of diseases of other organ systems. The Dermatology Department participates in the American Cancer Society's Annual Skinsavers Skin Cancer Screening Program. For more information, contact the American Cancer Society.

Endocrinology

The Medical Center's endocrinologists consult on cases in the areas of medicine, surgery, obstetrics, and gynecology.

Gastroenterology

The Department of Gastroenterology provides a full range of services for all disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, gallbladder and pancreas. Procedures commonly conducted include flexible sigmoidoscopy, gastroscopy, colonoscopy, endoscopic papillotomy, endoscopic balloon dilation, placement of stents, hemostasis of GI bleeding, liver biopsy, percutaneous gastrostomy, small-bowel enteroscopy, rectum and sphincter of Oddi.

Inpatient and outpatient services are provided in our new Endoscopy Center located on the second floor of the Medical Center.

Infectious Disease

Patients are seen in consultation on an inpatient basis or by physician referral for all infectious disease problems.

Internal Medicine

Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of disorders affecting the internal organs is provided by Internal Medicine physicians and their professional staff both in their offices and in the Medical Center.

Nephrology

The division of nephrology offers inpatient and outpatient consultation of renal diseases.

Neurology

The division of neurology provides treatment of neurological disorders that affect the peripheral or central nervous systems.

Pulmonary Medicine/Respiratory Care

The Respiratory Care Department and the Pulmonary Laboratory provide diagnostic evaluation, treatment and support to our patients with respiratory disease. We provide patient and family education that promotes knowledge of the disease process, available treatment and self help.
